This Might be a difficult time and a time of change.  We are here to help and guide you every step of way. We’d love the opportunity to talk to you about your needs and what you might not expect in the future.  Our building might be brand new - but we have many years of experience to meet all of your current and future needs.  


When a loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, many people struggle to understand their condition. People tend to think that Alzheimer’s and dementia are interchangeable whereas they aren’t the same diagnosis.  Dementia is not a specific disease; it’s a group of symptoms that affect mental and social abilities.  It often is caused by conditions or changes in the brain.  Alzheimer’s is a disease and the most common form of dementia. It’s a condition in which nerve cells in the brain die; making it hard for the brain to transmit signals properly. 


This is our focus.  This is why we are here for you and your loved one.  We would be willing to discuss your specific situation on a one-on-one basis on-site or in the convenience of your loved-one’s home.  We are available on the phone, through email info@johnsoncreekvillage.com or in person.  Let us help you through these challenges; it can be very difficult through this transition.  Please know you are not alone.  We are here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Feel free to contact us anytime.

Are they private rooms or companion rooms?

We have Private rooms and Companion rooms (2 maximum), both with a private bath.  We are grouped in Neighborhoods and our Resident will also have a dedicated den outside of their bedroom to enjoy with neighbors and guests. 

Can I have my children or friends to dinner?

Yes, each Resident will be allowed up to two guests per month at no extra charge.  (Nominal charge for more than two guests per month)

How does pricing work at JCV?

Residency pricing starts at $6,900 per month and is based on the amount of care needed.  Final pricing will be determined prior to admission after nurse assessment visit and inclusive of doctor's orders.  All "Therapies" offered are included in pricing as well as a modifiable nutrition meal plan and elective daily engaging activities. (see calendar of events).  Please note, if attending off-site excursions, there might be a minimal cost associated with that specific activity.

What forms of payment does JCV accept?

Direct deposit, checks or money orders, Credit cards, Cash (Long-term care insurance payments are sent directly to the family).

Does JCV accept any form of insurance?

Yes.  We will work with families to process the benefits they receive and apply appropriately.

Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?

For regular admission, minimum is 60 days and no maximum.

For respite, minimum is 2 weeks and no maximum.

For End of Life Care, no minimum and no maximum.

What are some of the activities my loved one can enjoy?

Our Activities

Can pets be allowed on-site?

We're sorry, but not at this time.  JCV will have our own Resident pets.  

Can I celebrate special occasions?

Yes, we will help you make arrangements for your celebration and have a dedicated space for your event.  We can assist in decorations, music, flowers, balloons, cakes and gifts if appropriate.  We can also help with invitations and co-ordination of the event.  In addition, one day each month, we will have a birthday celebration of all residents born in that month.

What medical care is available at JCV for my loved one?

Specifics of Medical care will be provided at time of visit.  We are focused on a Holistic approach to living and will adhere to the medical regimen that your Doctor orders.  JCV provides 24/7 care by our certified, educated, licensed and trained staff.  An RN will be residing on-site for a 7 day 24 hour care commitment. (please review our focused services providing targeted therapies for well being and a enriched lifestyle for all residents.)

What can my loved one bring to JCV?

We welcome your personal style! Sometime families would like to have the Resident be surrounded by their personal items that reflect their style and provide comfort when transitioning to a new lifestyle.  We encourage and support your loved one bringing personal items along with furniture and decor that fit into their room and living spaces.  Please note, city and state regulations have to be upheld at all times.  We ensure safety codes are met at all times.
